How to Listen to Music

- Enter any keyword, artist name, band name or song title, genre in the Search Music box
- Simply click the Go button in the Search Music box, it will take you to songs lists A-Z
- At the long list page, you can refine your search by Genre, Artist name, Song Title, Free Listen, Requested Music etc

How to Download
- For convenience, all the download transaction is done online. All the links to download purchases will be stored at your PianoReimagined Account after you finish ordering. You can download the songs you have purchased from our website directly to your computer
- The songs you purchased will be stored at your PianoReimagined Account for 30 days. We encourage to you to finish your download process promptly to avoid future problems

Step 1: Add to Cart
When you've found your music, click the Add to Cart button

Step 2: Review Your Cart
- You are now on the Shopping Cart page. Here, you can review all the songs you have placed in and information about each item
- You can make some changes to your order here, including quantity for individual items or remove an item from your cart
- If you make changes to your order, click the Update button at the bottom to see your revised total. If you wish to continue browsing other songs, click the Continue Shopping button. If you are finished selecting items, click the Checkout button

You are now on the Login page. PianoReimagined uses passwords to provide secure transactions to our customers. - If you are a registered customer, enter your Email and password

You are now on the checkout page. Here, you will asked to enter your billing information

Step 5: Confirm your order
You are now on the Order Confirmation page. You will receive an email regarding your order. Please keep your email as your receipt.- If your order includes downloadable materials, click the Continue button to your song page, where your downloadable purchases will be available
- If you don't have any downloadable materials, click the Finish button

I closed the confirmation page - how can I access my order?
Login to your PianoReimagined account in the upper right hand corner using your email address and your password. After you have logged it, you will see your purchased songs under “My Song”

I've downloaded and burned my favorite songs to a CD - why won't it play in my car or my CD player?
Some older players are not able to read MP3s burned at higher rates of speed. Try burning the CD at a lower speed. Also, be sure that you're burning your songs to a CD-R disc. Other forms of media may not work.

Can I access my downloadable order from other computers?
Yes, you can login to your PianoReimagined account at the upper right hand corner from any computers.

I use a dial-up internet connection. How long will it take to download a song?
Our typical mp3 files are more than 5mb. It will take approximate 15-30 minutes to download your file. You might be disconnected from your downloading process due to slow internet connection. It is common that you only download 20-30 seconds of the mp3 files. If you don't have access to a faster internet connection, you need to upgrade your service prior to downloading your song(s).

I purchased a download, how long can I keep it?
Your songs will be stored in your PianoReimagined account for 30days after the purchase date. We advise you to download the mp3 files to your personal computer as soon as possible.

'Save Target As Is' is greyed out
The Microsoft Knowledge Base reveals that the option to save target as is greyed out and not available if you have the Content Advisor enabled in Internet Explorer. Normally, if you right click on a link you can choose to save or Print the file. But with Content Advisor turned on, these options are not available to you because it would bypass the Content Advisor. The way to do it is: in Internet Explorer, go to Tools/Internet Options/Content (if you have established a password for Content Advisor, you will need to enter it before you can make changes), and then click the Disable button in the Content Advisor section.
